The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

• Application means the software programs provided by Snapscreens: SnapStudio, SnapScript, and SnapShorts

• Company refers to Snapscreens Team

• Device means any device that can access the Service

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service

2. Acknowledgment and Agreement

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service. By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

Snapscreens offers subscription-based access to premium features across its apps. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

All payments are processed through the respective app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and conditions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content are and will remain the exclusive property of Snapscreens.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for your personal use.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, but grant Snapscreens a license to process it as needed to deliver the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Some Snapscreens features use artificial intelligence to generate or assist with content creation. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for all purposes.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of any content created with or assisted by AI features before use or publication.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the app or email.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
